Returns/Exhanges/Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds on any purchases. We will only allow an exchange if we sent out the incorrect merchandise. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Food/snacks are non-refundable/exchangeable.
Cancellations
Cancellations are not allowed after an order has been placed. Please make sure you are ordering the correct merchandise before finalizing your order. We do not believe in mistake orders because you are inputting your information into the website to place your order. We will only offer store credit if your order MUST be canceled. We do not offer refunds via your original payment method.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our warehouse to the shipping store, we are no longer responsible for it. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their packages and make sure it’s delivered to them. We have no control of the package during transit to the customers. We may help file a claim if customers requests for assistance. PLEASE NOTE, all packages over 1 lb (16 oz) comes with insurance coverage of $50-$100. The coverage amount depends on which amount you paid for shipping ($9.30-22.65). If your purchase costs more than $50-$100 and you wish to purchase additional coverage, please contact us directly via email (iabvaj51@gmail.com). If the package cannot be retrieved, the shipping carrier is responsible for reimbursing the customer (full amount may not be reimbursed due to insurance coverage amount). Standard shipping (packages under 1 lb (16 oz)) does not come with insurance coverage. If the package cannot be retrieved, Iabs Boutique LLC and the shipping carrier are both not responsible for reimbursing the customer. PREORDERS
ALL preorders requires half payment to reserve that item. Time frames are given on all preorders. Preorders are non refundable. If you decide to cancel your preorder before the stated time frame, you will not be refunded. Once preorders arrive, you will be billed for the remaining and shipping cost. No response/payment will result in an automatic resell after 2 weeks AND your preorder deposit will count as a restocking fee, you will not be offered a refund/store credit. If preorders are delayed, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel for store credit or wait.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 24 hours upon receiving the item(s) to contact us about any damages/issues. We will only offer store credit (excludes shipping cost) for damaged items if there is no replacement available. PLEASE NOTE, any damages caused by the customer or USPS/UPS are not our responsibility. We will never send out broken merchandise. Customer is responsible for contacting USPS/UPS for a claim if their package was damaged during transit and caused the merchandise to be damaged. If you paid for standard shipping, there is no insurance coverage. Therefore, the shipping carrier may not reimburse you.
Unsatisfied With Purchase Of Goods
Please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving your items if you are unhappy with your purchase. We recommend for customers to always fully read descriptions before purchasing. We try to disclose as much information as we can such as flaws/defects. After placing an order with us, you are agreeing to purchase with the flaws/defects stated and you are agreeing with the terms and conditions of our store policy. Returns/Exchanges may be allowed if you are very unhappy about your purchase. For returns, customers will be responsible for covering their own shipping cost to return the items since they are unhappy with the purchase (flaws/defects have been stated in the descriptions so it is not our responsibility to offer a return label). After we receive the item(s) in hand, we will give you store credit for the cost of the item(s) (this excludes shipping cost). We do not offer refunds via your original payment method. For exchanges, customers are responsible to cover their own shipping cost to return the item(s) and to receive the requested item(s). After we receive the item(s) in hand, we will send out your requested exchange item(s) after receiving shipping cost from you.
